For ONLY $60 per person, start with a complimentary themed cocktail or house beverage of your choice, and an antipasto platter curated by our chef with a selection of marinated vegetables, cured meats, and dips. Continue with the choice of one of our four tempting mains. 

• The 200g Aged Sirloin, served with roasted field mushrooms, rainbow chard, potatoes, and onion. 
• The Pawn Lumache, served with summer squash, zucchini, green citrus sauce, chilli, and toasted bread crumbs. 
• The Humpty Doo Barramundi, served with burnt potato and leek purée, karkalla salsa, dill oil, buttered baby turnips, and potato fondant. 
• Or the Twice Cooked Pumpkin, served with sous vide then chard, coconut & almond cured, black garlic, heirloom tomatoes, puffed rice, and sun chokes.

You will have the option to add on sides for an additional price. These include Beer Battered Fries, a Zucchini salad or a Green Salad.

A selection of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan menu items is also available to accommodate any dietary requirements.
