• Pawn Lumache served with summer squash, zucchini, green citrus sauce, chilli, and toasted bread crumbs
• Humpty Doo Barramundi served with burnt potato and leek purée, karkalla salsa, dill oil, buttered baby turnips, and potato fondant
• Twice Cooked Pumpkin served with sous vide then chard, coconut & almond cured, black garlic, heirloom tomatoes, puffed rice, and sun chokes

Finish off your lunch with our decadent Chocolate Mousse Dome.
