Using 100% cocoa from the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, our hand-crafted sweet and savoury delights complemented with delicate Dilmah tea blends, offer you a unique culinary experience to heighten the senses,” said Head Chef Anthony Naylor.
Start your ultimate gourmet afternoon with a bite of the Dominican Republic white chocolate tiramisu followed by the sumptuous Cuban black chocolate jaffa cake. Satisfy your sweet tooth with Venezuelan chocolate and hazelnut slice before an exotic taste of Indonesian chocolate mint crunch. Refresh your taste buds with the savoury chicken and apple slaw finger sandwich, prawn ceviche and chicken liver pâté on chocolate brioche toast with whisky soaked raisins, before the grand finale of this delectable cocoa adventure – chilled Madagascan chocolate fondue with raspberry meringue, coconut marshmallow and macerated fruit.
